So, as you may know, I emailed PG about their e coupon for the Tide Stain Release not coming off (though I hear that none of the PG coupons are coming off not just Tide). Well they asked me to send them some information and a copy of the receipt. Word on the streets is they may reimburse via general credit. I will update you when I have more info, I finally got the info sent off last night.
Lesson in Frugality: Be proactive in your savings, when a glitch happens notify the parties in a polite way. You may not always get reimbursed but feedback keeps the program running smoothly and we all benefit from that.
