Quitting the Dr Pepper Pt 2

So when I left you last on my jumpstart to New Years Resolutions I had switched from Regular Dr. Pepper to diet. This, from my understanding helps you switch from sugar to artificial sugar. It also had the added effect of cutting my soda consumption by about 70% as I don't like the taste of diet. 

Now I am moving on to the second step from diet to caffiene free (Goodbye Dr Pepper you will be missed *tear, sniffle sniffle*). I have a 2 ltr of Sierra Mist and a 2 ltr of 7up with pomegranate. Both of which are diet and caffiene free. Dont get me wrong, while I am trying to cut down on my caffeine intake (I will never quit the morning coffee or my tea) the real goal is to enjoy drinking water and juices instead of soda all the time. At the same time, I will hopefully lessen the chances of developing diabetes.

At the end of this "cleansing" I may have a soda once in a blue moon, but it wont be a daily occurence let alone multiple times a day. Wish me luch y'all!
