Tonight I am cooking

Breakfast for dinner. We have some rolls to use, so I was thinking of Sausage Biscuits and Gravy (I am craving it too). This with the various leftovers will make a semi smorgasbord and help clear out the fridge for next weeks meals.

I am trying to get better about wasting food in my home. We get so much, cheaply that I force myself to recognize the actual value of food instead of the "oh well, we have a ton of other stuff" attitude.  This can be difficult but I believe it helps keep things in perspective shopping wise by allowing me to be ok with not hitting every sale.

How do y'all eliminate wasting food in your homes?
