Sales Cycles

This is so important in being a frugal spender. If you have an idea when the sale will come around then you can better gauge how much your family will use in the time untill the next sale. Some items go on sale frequently (Soda) others are a bit more rare. The key is to buy when it is at its lowest and then add coupons if possible. Trust me when I say there is nothing worse then running out of Hellmans, needing some more and having to pay full price $5.29 ouch. Why not see that it goes on sale for $1.99 quartely and stock up on what you will  use for that quarter. That is how you maximize a dollar!
