Ebates is a website you sign up for then click on their links when you go to do online shopping at 100's of retailers. You earn a percentage of your purchase back and can recieve it quarterly when you have $5.01 or more in your account. I use this on occasion as they also have online coupons for the stores that I shop. You can get payment via paypal or check.
When I am shopping I usually check several sites (ebates, mypoints, etc) to see who is giving the best deal on cashback/points for the store that I need. This allows me to maximize my savings online.
