Coupons by mail
There are many types of coupons. They are in the Sunday paper, they can be printed off the Internet (I rarely do this because of all the fakes out in cyber space), they can even be mailed or handed out by the company. For me I get a Sunday paper and some family and friends will save me the coupons from theirs. Once in awhile for a really great coupon I will print it online. I also contact the companies of the products I use and give them feedback. For instance, whenever I make an Irish dish like my Colcannon I like to use authentic Ingredients. Here in da chi a company named Kerry Gold sells Irish butter and Cheese. I use these products even though they are crazy expensive and never have coupons out, but once in a while it is a treat. So I emailed Kerry Gold and let them know how much we enjoy their product. I told them I used their butter to make my Irish meals more authentic (all true btw). Well would you believe a couple days later a ups package arrives for me from Kerry Gold. They sent me a cheese slicer, a reusable shopping bag that folds into a smaller bag when not in use, and a whole tear pad full of $1/1 coupons for any of their products. I already have been out trying other Kerry gold products (like their garlic herb butter OMG). I have had companies (alot) send me coupons for free items or regular coupons and all are grateful for the feedback. I send both complaints and compliments but I tell them the truth and usually get rewarded for it.
